HYDRAULIC MEDICAL MAINTENANCE AND SHUTDOWN SERVICES
Snap Plumbing’s scope of work is broken down into three different work categories; emergency and reactive repairs, planned maintenance and planned minor and capital works. We exceed expectations in all of these areas.
Snap Plumbing’s plan is to not only maintain all hydraulic items but to individually asset each plant and piece of equipment. This will enable us to keep an accurate history and compliance record. With this in place, Snap Plumbing will know when capital expenditure is required and when assets are near end of life. We will also provide, full up to date compliance test records, to each facility manager as required for auditing purposes.
All Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is managed with our business preferred system, simPRO. Full asset histories, details of upcoming services, attending technicians job notes and attachments such as manuals and photos, are available to the office and field staff at any time, to drive an efficient workflow. While onsite, technicians will use the simPRO Mobile Connect Application to capture test readings, register any new assets, follow service level checklists, report defects, make notes and take photos.
After almost 20 years working in the healthcare industry we have seen a shift that requires more than just a plumbing service. It now requires all industry partners to work together to solve hydraulic and compliance issues, including water quality reporting and management plans, dead leg audits, drainage stack and water main replacements, just to name a few. RO Plants and tank farms are specialist infrastructure and at times, require a team of people who are knowledgeable in their field, to assist facilities management.
Snap Plumbing guarantees that it has established the internal processes necessary, including safety and regulatory permits to complete these works to the highest standard such as a 24-hour availability, training in problem-solving and innovation and the know-how required to execute a shutdown with minimal disruption to daily operations in an often sensitive work environment. Most notably, Snap Plumbing will fully scope, plan and liaise with specialist stakeholders, to complete all works involved with a shutdown, from start to finish.
